Abstract

Reporting is an important part of MR's tasks. There is currently a lack of defined standards for completing this task, as well as a programme that is comprehensively suitable for this task. As part of this thesis, the process route of the process for creating an oil report is recorded and analysed for weaknesses. The weak points are then improved by introducing new software. This is carefully selected in a phase-based process based on the phase model for software selection according to Gronau, taking into account defined criteria. The result of this work is the improvement of the process under consideration, as well as the introduction of the DevExpress software and the creation of a first draft report which serves as a template for future reports.
