Abstract

This thesis aims to introduce the capabilities identified by the DORA initiative to improve the Software Delivery and Operational performance of teams in an organization. Through research findings it also explores possible difficulties, drawbacks, and advantages that implementing these best practices might have in a real-life scenario.
