Abstract

The future technology artificial intelligence is increasingly being established in companies in order to configurate and sustainably improve innovative processes. Small and medium-sized businesses are hesitant to implement AI, due to various uncertainties which are associated with this subject matter. A guideline that gives companies orientation on necessary requirements and need for action in AI projects may achieve certainty and motivation to implement AI in further companies. A systematic literature review maintains to determine the current state of research and derives recommendations for action.
