SAP-Joule im Unternehmenseinsatz: Potenziale und Mehrwerte generativer KI-Plattformen

Ziel der Arbeit ist es, SAP-Joule nicht als isolierten Copiloten, sondern als Architekturbestandteil im SAP-Ökosystem zu betrachten und zugleich das ökonomische Wirkpotenzial anhand veröffentlichter Use Cases systematisch einzuordnen. Methodisch kombiniert die Arbeit eine Literatur- und Dokumentenanalyse mit einer Sekundäranalyse von 39 publizierten SAP-Claims aus sechs Funktionsbereichen.
